Life Transitions are like a Trapeze Act
For any transition in your life to occur, you must let go of the comfort of the ‘old’ bar behind
you to grasp the ‘new’ one in front of you.
The time period between those two however, no matter how long it seems, is the biggest period of discomfort.
When you find yourself in those times, your best bet is to Float Sideways. Think about it. There is no other place you possible can be but 'in the now' when you are reaching for that other bar.
It is in these moments you learn the most about yourself and others.
Who you can trust, when to hold on for one more swing, one more bit of momentum, and when to finally let go and just ‘go for it’, grabbing that bar in front of you instead of holding onto the current comfortable one.
The information and experience you will gain along with the person you have to trust the most (yourself) is necessary and invaluable for ANY sort of progress to occur in your life.
So go through it you must, with firm conviction that you WILL make contact with the next bar, and the next and the next…... at the most opportune moment for you and YOUR ‘act’.
